Branded Homes was founded by Mike Brandabur. Mike has over 25 years experience in residential construction and decades long relationships with sub contractors and carpenters. After several years as a construction project manager for Gilbert Brothers Construction, he formed Brandabur Construction and Brandabur Custom Homes in the early 1990’s . He has renovated and worked on dozens of homes in each of Dayton’s Historic Districts. He was hired by the City of Centerville, Ohio to renovate the Gerber House at Benham’s Grove in 1992. The home was featured as a Designer’s Showcase and serves as a popular event center for weddings and parties. Immediately following his work was featured in the 1992 Homerama at Deer Run, The Wilson Nearing House. Other projects over the years have included custom homes, room additions, 2nd story additions, structural roof repairs, bathrooms, kitchens, decks, rebuilt foundations, exterior trim fabrication and replacement, and interior custom built cabinetry.
